1. Products and Sales

We offer a selection of digital quilt patterns (PDFs), quilted goods, and quilting-related content.

  • Digital Patterns (PDFs)
    All digital patterns are sold as-is and delivered via download link after purchase. These patterns are for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold in any format.

  • Physical Quilted Goods
    Our finished quilted items are handmade and sold as-is. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations may occur. All sales of physical goods are final unless an item arrives damaged.

2. Pattern Support and Corrections

Each digital pattern purchase includes a reusable download link. If a pattern correction is issued, the original link can be used to request a new link. The new link will provide access to the latest version.

We encourage you to retain your original download link for future access. If you lose access, please contact us with proof of purchase to regain it.

Additional resources such as coloring sheets or pattern updates may be available on dedicated support pages linked from the pattern or blog.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including patterns, images, blog posts, and downloads—is the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital pattern sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a download link has been provided.

For physical products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged. We'll do our best to make it right. All products will be sent with a tracking number and insured.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any issues resulting from the use or misuse of our patterns or products. Quilting is a creative process and results may vary depending on materials, tools, and skill level.
